I am pleading NOT GUILTY and need the best Defense Lawyer for a DUI that has reasonable rates and the best track record, some comments?
Due to a recent Injury I have been out of work, so I’m extremely LOW INCOME right now and my disability income has recently run out! I was assigned a Public Defender but unfortunately it did not feel like they were working in my best interest?
can someone suggest a better solution to help me out? Does San Diego County have contract Lawyers? or do I need to Hire a Lawyer who specailizes in DUI’s

If you were assigned a Public Defender, it may be necessary for you to notify the court and/or the attorney that you wish to hire someone else. They Public Defenders are often very busy…they do have other cases that are active simultaneously.
