I am in the military and recieved a DWI. I am not sure what to look for when lookin for a lawyer

I don;t know military implications for a dui. I’d suggest just talking with the public defender to make sure that procedures are followed properly.
If they have a good case (breathalizers don;t lie), then you really don;t need a lawyer to defend your actions. Just make sure than any factors that look favorably on you are presented and take responsibility in court.
