    Sounds like the boy needs counseling for substance abuse and not an attorney. He should have to face the consequences of his actions instead of his parents getting an attorney to get him off.

    After being an EMT for 8 1/2 years and having to pull at least 3 dead kids from cars killed by under age drinking, I have VERY little tolerance for it.

    If you think you son is innocent… then you need to make dang sure before you go and give him a reason to do it again.

    Contact the Arizona State bar association. http://www.azbar.org and look under legal resources and then specialists.

    for what…his record will not follow him once 18. take the punishment withouy a lawyer..especially if he blew high. he will have to do the driver course. save your money. i know!
